When will my order ship?

We do our best to provide quick efficient service. We try to get all orders shipped within 48-72 hours of receipt. We ship most of our packages using USPS. If for some reason we are out of some product you ordered, we will notify you. At that time, we will send out the part of your order that is in stock, and send the back ordered item ASAP.

If I live locally must I have my item shipped?

No, If you are located in the Knoxville TN area we will happily make arrangements for your order to be picked up or delivered. We only request that you call your order in, instead of using the online ordering.
